DOUBLE ROOM £60 per night
SINGLE ROOM £40 per night
Prices are per room and not per person and include english breakfast.
A deposit of £25 for double and £20 for single is payable upon booking. . Our cancellation policy is that reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date. In breach of this policy your deposit is non refundable.
PAYMENTS - we accept cards for the payment of deposits but cash only for the final balance.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast served between 7.30 and 9am.
Vegetarian breakfast available on request.
SMOKING
This is a non smoking establishment. If you breach this policy you will incur a minimum charge of £100 payable before leaving.
DAMAGE
If you damage the property you will incur the minimum charge referred to as above.
We accept no responsibilty for loss or damage to personal property.
FOOD & DRINK
No food or drink is to be consumed in the bedrooms other than the tea and coffee provided.
PARKING
Between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday parking is limited to 2 hours with disc, unless you display a visitors permit which we can provide on arrival. A deposit of £15 is payable for the permit refundable on departure.
