Victoria House is a warm and friendly four star Bed and Breakfast with en-suite rooms/private bathroom. Our rooms are very comfortable and we offer a welcome toiletry pack and tea/coffee facilities, also ironing facilities. All rooms have LCD T.V/DVD/Freeview, free wii fii and fan for those hot summer months. We offer full English breakfast/Vegetarian, (all local produce) breakfast tea/herbal tea and de-caf, also cafetiere, fresh juice, jams and marmalade and in the winter months a heart warming coal fire to eat your breakfast by. We are Minutes walk from the centre of the historic/market town of Northallerton. The market comes to the town on Wed/Sat and the local farmers bring their fresh produce on the first Wednesday of the month, The delicious buffalo meat is highly recommended.
We are 30yds from North Yorkshire County Records Office, 200 yds from the railway station, 2 mins walk to County Hall. James Heriott Country is a short drive away and Thirsk/Ripon race courses are close by. We are centrally located for the A1/A19 which will take you to the beautiful cities of Durham or York to see the fabulous Cathedal or Minster. Walkers and cyclists are welcome, secure facilities for cycles. Northallerton has an abundance of restaurants (some award winning) and public houses serving real ales.
